Warehouse basic conditions: The warehouse floor height should be ≥ 4.5 meters (to ensure the use of upper floors and the passage space of lower floors); Check the ground load-bearing capacity, and if it is insufficient, concrete reinforcement should be done first; Consider fire exits and lighting locations to ensure compliance with building safety regulations. 3. Access and functional requirements: Provide auxiliary facilities according to the access method (manual access with stairs, mechanical access with forklift access, loading ladder); If office/maintenance needs to be taken into account, it is necessary to reserve an office area, install sockets and lighting, and carry out anti-corrosion and fireproof treatment in special environments (humid/high temperature). 4.
