Layered shelves
Layered shelves
Layered shelves are designed specifically for manual storage and retrieval of goods. By fully utilizing the height of the warehouse, it is possible to enter higher levels through machinery, raise the operator to the desired height, and pass through the passages between the shelves.
The shelf is composed of columns, shelves, and crossbeams. The column pieces are composed of 55 * 50mm and 65 * 50mm columns. The crossbeam is composed of a vertical reinforced integrated P-beam, a lap welded P-beam, and a P-pipe rolled by a dedicated rolling mill. The standard configuration of the laminated board is electrostatic spraying laminated board, which can also be equipped with multiple galvanized sheets, wooden boards, multi-layer boards, and layered nets.
This type of shelf has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, stable structure, and unlimited specifications (height and length). It can be designed as a three column column structure as needed to solve the problems of excessive depth and single-layer load-bearing capacity. Beam type shelves are more suitable for storing products with heavy loads such as hardware and electrical materials, mechanical components, etc. This shelf is also the preferred form of shelf for designing multi-layer attic shelves. The utilization rate is better avoided by the layout of narrow channel and double depth cargo spaces. Cross beam shelves have become the preferred type of shelves for logistics companies due to their unique location management capabilities and convenient picking functions.
advantage:
1. Suitable for storing large or heavy goods;
2. Optimization solutions for different categories of products and small portion turnover;
3. Adjustment of loading hierarchy;
4. It has various components that can meet all needs.
