1. Shelf structure inspection: Check whether the columns are tilted, whether the crossbeams are bent/deformed, whether the bolts are loose, confirm that the shelf coating is not damaged (which is prone to rust), and whether the protective accessories such as compartment dividers and foot guards are intact. 2. Goods storage inspection: Check whether the goods are evenly stacked, centered, and have no one-sided overweight or exceeding the height of the cargo space, to avoid the goods being offset and squeezing the shelves. 3. Inspection of supporting equipment: Check whether the telescopic fork of the forklift is stuck, whether the rollers are worn, whether the hydraulic system is normal (without oil leakage), and whether auxiliary equipment such as infrared warning lights can work properly. 4. Safety environment inspection: Confirm that there is no accumulation of debris in the shelf passage, there are no obvious depressions on the ground (affecting forklift operation), and the load-bearing and warning signs next to the cargo location are clearly visible.
