Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) - High-Density Intelligent Warehouse Solution

Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) - High-Density Intelligent Warehouse Solution

Storage principle and operation process of automated three-dimensional warehouse
The automated three-dimensional warehouse is based on the principle of "high-level dense storage+automated handling", and the operation process is divided into three steps: warehousing, storage, and outbound, with unmanned operation throughout the entire process. When entering the warehouse, the goods (mostly palletized) are transported by the conveyor system to the warehouse entrance. After scanning the code for recognition, WMS assigns empty cargo spaces. WCS instructs the stacker crane to go to the warehouse entrance, and the forks pick up the goods and drive along the aisle to the target cargo space. The goods are accurately placed and feedback "warehouse completion" is received, and WMS updates the inventory; During the storage phase, WMS monitors the status of storage locations in real-time and can adjust the location based on the turnover frequency of goods (high-frequency turnover goods are placed on lower floors, low-frequency turnover goods are placed on higher floors); When out of stock, WMS generates an outbound task based on the order, and WCS instructs the stacker crane to go to the target storage location to pick up the goods. The goods are then sent to the conveyor system and transported to the outbound port, while WMS deducts inventory. For example, during the e-commerce promotion period, a medium-sized automated three-dimensional warehouse can complete the inbound and outbound of over 20000 pallets per day, far exceeding the traditional manual warehouse's 5000+pallets, with significant efficiency advantages.Storage principle and operation process of automated three-dimensional warehouse
