The load-bearing capacity of fluent shelves needs to be customized according to the specifications of the cargo channel, the material of the rollers, and the structure of the shelves. The overall focus is on "light and medium-sized storage": 1. Single cargo lane load-bearing capacity: The conventional range is 50-500kg. The lightweight version (with plastic/lightweight metal rollers) is suitable for 50-200kg small and medium-sized items (such as electronic components and stationery), and the medium-sized version (with weighted rollers and thickened shelves) can carry 200-500kg of goods (such as turnover box hardware); 2. Single layer overall load-bearing capacity: Influenced by the number of cargo lanes and the strength of shelf columns, a single layer usually weighs 1000-3000kg. During design, the weight of goods should be evenly distributed to avoid overloading the single cargo lane, which may cause deformation of the rollers or tilting of the cargo lane; 3. Adaptation restrictions: Not suitable for overweight (>500kg/aisle), ultra wide (>1.2 meters) or irregular goods, to prevent sliding, jamming or damage to the shelf structure.
